Privacy policy

This site is run by Kemo Marriott (Kemo Marriott Coaching), based in Bangkok, Thailand. This page explains what information I collect through the site and what I do with it.

Email sign-up (Mailchimp)

If you sign up for the case study or my emails, I collect your first name and email address. These are stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which sends the emails for me. I use them to send what you signed up for and the occasional email about training and coaching. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete your details at any time.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site, for example which pages get read and where people click or scroll. Clarity records anonymised usage data and session replays. Text you type into forms is masked. Clarity only sets cookies if you accept them in the banner. If you decline, it measures visits without cookies. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

WhatsApp and calls

Buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you message me, I'll see your number and what you write, and I use that only to reply about coaching. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter so the call can be arranged.

Embedded content

Some pages show a Google Map or a Calendly booking page. These services may collect data under their own policies when they load.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email me at coach@kemomarriott.com or message me on WhatsApp.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
